What happens after I have sent my application?

- confirm the receipt of the application and discuss any issues with you.
- contact the referees and may check your credit rating.
- contact you about the progress of your application.
What happens after my application is approved?
We will

offer you your chosen available property.

discuss a suitable entry date with you.
You can secure your chosen property by paying a holding deposit up to 4 weeks before the start of your tenancy. The landlord will not offer the property to any other applicant.
What happens after I paid the holding deposit?
- We will make an appointment to sign the tenancy agreement with our solicitor at your convenience before the start of the tenancy.
- We will meet with you to hand over the property at your chosen entry date. Landlord and tenant will sign an inventory and discuss any issues.
- With the start of your tenancy, your first month's rent and the deposit are due. The holding deposit will become your deposit and will be paid into Safe Deposit Scotland. see www.gov.uk/tenancy-deposit-protection/overview for more info
